Orders & Return Policy
Products or merchandise sold through the Linebarier Vineyards web site are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. All sales are final and no refunds are available. If you are, however, dissatisfied in any way with our wine or service, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know about your issue. We are very committed to our customers and will try to address your situation as best we can.
Sales Tax
Linebarier Vineyards currently sells and ships wine only within the state of California and will consequently collect the appropriate California state and local sales tax with each order placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates include shipping, handling and insulated or protective packaging. Due to fluctuations caused by fuel surcharges, these rates are estimates and may vary. We will quote your total price when confirming your order. Please contact us for a specific quotation if required. Please allow ten (10) days for delivery. To purchase wine, California law requires that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all shipments will require an adult, at least twenty-one (21) years of age, to sign for delivery.
Credit & Debit Cards
We are not currently accepting any credit or debit cards only personal checks.
